The Beeb, in other words, the BBC, is an English TV channel, but is seen all over the world.
It covers a whole range of tv programmes, from the latest news headlines from around the world, extensive sport coverage from football to cricket, and information programmes concerning every day life. There are true-life documentaries about prisons and prison life, animals, drivers and people learning to drive, and issues that we encounter at some point in our lives.
Eastenders is the soap. This has been running for a number of years now, and covers real-life issues from HIV, eating disorders, relationships and every day struggles in life.
The news coverage on this channel is extensive and to the point. There are daily updates, and lunch time, tea time, and evening bulletins. There is also the local news for regions around Great Britain. There are 2 BBC channels, BBC1 and BBC2. Although I usually stick to BBC1, on the rare occasion, I have been known to wander off to the other side, if there is something of interest on I like.
Its a very well informative, educational (at times) channel, with programmes on for all ages.
