I have been using BBNL internet service since November 2014 and I am on a plan of 899 where I get 10mbps and unlimited usage, You need to run a little asking them to install the service but once its done, you will be amazed by the speed, hence I have seen very less issues with the service only if it rains, I use 5 wifi devices and 1 desktop and the speed remains amazing I can even watch videos without buffer and its reasonable and pro is you can use unlimited data on 899 plan and above .
Would suggest to get the service if your in bangalore
