I have been using this internet service from last three year.its connectivity and speed is very good.The best thing with BBNL is that whenever their is any issue regarding it they solve it immediately.They are prompt in responding to any complaint.
One more thing is that it is affordable internet service provider. I was paying them just 670 Rs per month including service tax. Since April it has increased to 690 due to increase of service tax rate.Even though it is still cheaper if you compare it with other internet service providers.
I am satisfied with its services and have no plan to switch to others in near future. They respond promptly to my issues and that’s why I am giving them 5 stars.
