To start with BBNL is night Mare. They have no clue how the Internet works. They even fail to under stand that technology behind. BBNL depends on local cable service providers who just know how to pull cables from one building to another building & dont expect any thing more. There is no professional support person to answer you queries & no escalation process. So you just want to check e mails. It may work. But cannot promises it will always.
I would recommend ACT. They don’t fail nor there are any issues with them. I have worked on act connection and its like floating on cloud.
