Hii guys! I have been using bbnl for over an year and to be honest I liked it but there are any problems that I faced during this one year .some are the major problem Luke their customer service is very very poor.anytime the connection can get weak and I faced a lot of problems when I had exams I needed internet.the would go off anytime and when you call them they would not pick up the call or either take a lot of time to get it repaired.the price is reasonable but doesn’t give the same speed as mentioned in the plan.the speed is okay.but when you see the price you don’t complain much.but it is very good compared to bsnl in speed and price.they need to work on customer service that’s it.so it’s cheap but not the best.recommend it only if they work on their customer service.
