4 days ago, I made a request to upgrade my package to 10mbps via Ticket No:6412198.Everyday they promise me that issue will resolve in 24 hrs and that I will receive call within 1 hr from their cust executive.I have already paid the money. I didn’t know wat to do.This is a warning to all people who r thinking of getting internet connection.Plz avoid BEAM at all costs.
