I have been using beam fiber(now called ACT fibernet) in Hyderabad for over 5 years now. In 5 years of usage I have never been happy with their uptime. I have experienced frequent downtime(once or twice a month) throughout this period.
The situation is so bad now, that internet stops working every weekend. Customer care promises resolution within 24 hours, but last time no one attempted to fix them problem. The problem resolved itself after 2 days, but come weekend, today again internet stopped for working.
The backend staff that comes to fix problems is also rude and unskilled. They at best fix problems temporarily and no efforts are made to address the root cause.
This is the most unprofessional internet service ever and I would recommend everyone to prefer other alternatives even if they offer lesser speeds.
