No:1 their only focus is on new customers and they are too fast closing the initial call
No:2 If you are an existing customer, you have a problem? forget about it they don’t respond
No:3 Have you referred someone to get 2 movie tickets as publicized in their portal? No, you will never get them after all they have got what they want.
It’s pathetic to see what is being offered is not honored by them. That’s the experience I have had with Beam/ACT corp internet company.
