I wrote about Beam a while back and I am compelled to write yet again. It is really sad to see the way Beam has transitioned after rebranding to Act Fiber. The services have completely gone from bad to worse.
Pathetic speed, bad customer services, and cheap act to lure customers while cheating them out promising great speed and delivering nothing! When I was on 5 MBPS pack the speed was about ok and I got 1-2 MBPS speed and on very rare occasions even 3 MBPS. But it was ok to browse and email. Then Beam became Act and completely messed up. Act went ahead and doubled the offer to 10 MBPS and in reality the speed is now not even 1 MBPS leave alone 10! Why cheat customers Beam/Act!

Can’t even open gmail without waiting for 5 mins. Nothing loads now. This speedtest took me 20 mins to complete!
Extremely dissatisfied with the services and the pathetic cheap gimmicks that Beam/Act is playing! Will have to change and hope the next services provider is better.
