Started with a new connection. They said it will take three days but got connection the next day itself.
Occasionally, got messages saying service will be affected due to so and so reason, but the service didn’t get affected at all.
I don’t think you can get such speeds and reliability for so cheap any where in the world. I literally screamed when I saw my speeds were upgraded to 15mbps for the same price.
You guys rock. Keep up the good work.
FYI I am talking about the service in Hi Tech city Hyderabad. There is NOT once instance when service was down. The service is as is with full speeds since I got my connection. I cant even believe that myself. I guess I’ve been lucky. Since I didn’t have any issues at all, cant say anything about customer support.
