Beam telecom must to be OFF from the business, Their customer service is pathetic in the world. Do not ever dare to go with Beam. If you are choosing Beam as your ISP then you must be shooting your own foot. I have been asking them to restore my connection since 20 days, I get the same response that we have taken a complaint and it will be resolved in 24 hours, I was hearing the same sh**t from past 20 days and today I was totally frustrated and called the customer care executive and blasted that Poor guy
Finally decided to get out of Beam and stick with may be BSNL or TATA USB (The reason why I have to call beam was no other ISP were available in my area apart from Sify(Absolute Crap) and Beam(Waste of your time). Unfortunately Mouthshut doesn’t have negative rating otherwise I would have rated negative for all theire business.
I wish Airtel Broadband must have been available in my area, no one minds paying more if you get good speed and good quality, thats what it matters in this world right my friends?
Wish me luck with finding new ISP in my area.
