Beam Telecom does not have any commitment to customer satisfaction.. They are just running to get more customers and revenues by offering internet connection at less price.. Please do not see the less prices of this company.. because the real pain and trouble starts when you start using the services of Beam and after paying money...
Today was Friday and in my Family.. My Sister and me decided to work from home. Everything was fine until 11 Am.. and suddenly the LAN status started to show disconnected.. We immediately raised a complain and they said it will take 24 hours.. But when we tried to explain situation to call center executive.. she said that she will arrange a person in two hours..
Soon we got a call from a beam technician and he asked us address..and then he said that he does not handle my home area and some one else will call me soon.. Like wise other two technicians called and they were sating that they do not come under my area and soon some one else will contact.. We complained about 4-5 times the entire day.. but unfortunately.. the so called committed gentle men of beam telecom did not turn up.. Its night now..
I am using 3g from my galaxy s3 as hotspot to access internet.. But.. I do not know who will pay my 3g bill for whole day and one day salary of my sister and me.
Tomorrow at 11 Am is where the technicians come to job and that will complete the Beam Telecom process guidelines of solving issues in 24 hours...
This is the process at beam telecom. The Senior Management of beam is so shameless even after reading so many negative comments about beam on Internet.
