I have been using Beam Fiber services since last 14 months and fortunately never faced any such trouble. Initially when I took this plan of 15 Mbps at Rs 1110, I was getting FUP of 30 gb. But later on they upgraded the same plan with the FUP limit of 50 gb.
I was little confused so called up customer care and was very happy when I was informed that I don’t have to pay anything extra. It has got mind blowing speed and the internet connection is always stable. It has given me a wonderful experience in watching online movies and video which I am crazy about.
What motivated me to write a positive review about them is I have seek their help many a times but they have never let me down and pretty much up to the mark when it comes to customer care service and fixing the technical issues.
My post FUP speed is 2 Mbps and whenever I do a speed check it’s always consistent. I am 100% satisfied and would love to recommend it to them who really need a super fast internet connection.
