22 April 2013 connection was activated in seven days. Almost every day it stops working. It is 5th day of its death. Beam team is mourning its death with sympathies. Technician prefers to attend his staff meeting than giving or attending to call of customer. TOTAL FRAUD ORGANIZATION.
Don’t take Beam connection, their service is horrible and poor. They are good in closing the complaint tickets than attending complaints or ensuring its working. Call center person does not know even the name or phone number of branch office in Hyderabad. You have to search people, from whom you have taken the connection. I am feeling guilty of paying full year fee of Rs 11100/-. It is cheating to customers.
In case my problem is not resolved, I am planning to go to consumer court for taking back my full money from this FRAUD ORGANIZATION.
