Worst Customer care ever came across

Beam cable is setting a biggest example of how to frustrate customers. I have a package of 4 Mbps and within few days my FUP limit of 25 GB has been reached. The usage is shown for those days when I have not used much and my WiFi router is also protected. There looks to be a manipulation for the FUP so that people upgrade to higher package.


I raised a complaint with Beam cable that the usage show is wrong and my speed has become slow. however its been a week that there has been no solution. I have raised the tickets twice and they have closed it without giving proper resolutions. Ticket no - 10078633


On top of that first time ticket was closed without speaking to me. On the fourth day when I called back, they said the issue has been resolved but there has been no call and the problem still stayed. Next four days none of the technician calls but there were calls everyday from the beam that has the issue been resolved and every time I told that nothing has been one, they promised to arrange a callback within few hours and till now none of the technician has called. They told me once that the usage in the portal is correct and not ready to understand customer claims that there could be something wrong.


They are very incompetent and don’t think they understand the customer issues really well. the handling of the customer is pathetic and haven’t seen such a customer service. I am really considering to close the connection and move to airtel who has got very similar plans but a much much better customer service. The second ticket is also closed without any resolution. God help Beam telecom.
