I took an bean cable connection that is Rs:600/- starter pack. I thought of taking an annual subscription later after checking your connection and service. To my goodness, from last 3 weeks I am having a worst customer service experience from beam Cable Company. Every Saturday or Sunday I used to get connection problem error “No or limited connectivity”. I called many times and registered complaint. At time I used to call at least 10 to 15 times, wasted my money and time. I spoke to Mr. Santosh & Akhil many times. The customer care agent used to tell it would take 24 hours that may be on Monday they can solve t he problem. I have to wait for 24 hours to get connection. They say, that all their service technician is on weekly offs. I requested the call to be transferred to Manager or some supervisor, they said no one is available and they cannot do anything. I just have to live with this kind of service.
*In case if you have any issue with connection, there is no service tech available on week ends.
There do not have supercvisor or manager availbale when needed, they dont have know their phone number,
Overall worst service by BEAM CABLE.*
