Fraudulent Load Balancing Technique by Beam

I have subscribed for 6 months for Internet in Beam Telecom. I only use the Internet on weekends, but they cut internet on weekends(mostly due to heavy load).


When I call, after some time they connect. Every time they say, there is a network or server issue. But thats not the case. I am really fed up with calling them every week. They give 24 hrs ETA, and mostly connect the internet within an hour.


I want to unsubscribe my plan. They say, I wont get any refund. This sounds very unfair to me. Even though you cannot offer much help, let me know how to proceed offline in this case. Can I apply a petition in court? Please let me know the steps. I experienced so much mental torture due to this, I even will file for compensation against it.
