Am a user of Beam for almost more than one and a half year but am very upset to post this review but m helpless coz from past 1 month almost regular days my net connection goes off and when we call to customer care the call will be on Hold for long duration and no response.
If it is not able to handle the customers with an appropriate number of Technicians and customer service agents then I request the management to give up and do not bluff anymore customers.And even if this goes on I request to refund my amount which I have paid for 6 months Subscription asap.
