I requested for connection last September at my business premises for my account which was in hold. I got reply fron them that there is no hub n have to wait for some days. Again I contacted now after u came to know that they gave connection to others in complext beside my shop.
The executive came to my shop n collected related documents n photo n said connection will be given within 24 hrs. Next day two guys came n checked the area n said they cannot give connection as box is full n also said to contact concerned person who came. But after 4 days continue calling to beam they said they will forward to the executive. After few hours executive calls me n says again box is full n cannot give connection. I told to return given documents.
I think act has enough customers n they doesnt want new n service is becoming worst.
