When I did the enquiry about beam telecom, I was told that our cust care exe would contact you within 24 hrs. Good, I got a call, that exe visted my house and told that we would need to setup a box as your house is not in 60 mtrs distance from the near by point. Whatever, we would setup a box with-in 5 days and it would take maximum of 7 days to have internet to your system. I opted for 6 months connection, so there is no installation charge. Till now 3 such 7 days gone i.e~20 days. Whenever I called to the cust care I was told that we would send our executive, standard reply, but nothing had happened. Today I called to the customer care and asked them my money back. Let’s see, what will happen.
