I took a new connection and paid for 6 months in advance. I faced connectivity problem after one month and it was rectified in 5 days. After one month again it stopped working. I called customtakeouter care everday 3 times for 15 days. Their technical executive didnt come to fix the problem.
Then I decided to disconnect and requested for refund. I followed up 5 times for refund.Finally, they said that we will not refund as you have taken 6 motnhs plan. Though it is our failre that we cannot provide promised internet services. We can reconnect your connection. I said that how confident you are that you will be able to provide me internet services now. I have taken airtel and I dont want to continue beam.
If I go to consumer cort, I will definitely win the case as they failed to provide me internet services. I dont have this much time.
