I was beam customer for about 2 years, shifted to a new house in Srinagar colony, when I raised a request I was said the box is full and they cannot provide me the connectivity, how pathetic this is.
If they want min number of connections for a box to be put, why dont they pluck half the connections of the existing box. Stupid answer and a stupid service of Beam. I assume that if I am a 10 year old customer also, when I get shifted to a new house I dont get connection if the box is full, how pathetic and non loyal customer service.

Beam agents have installed a new box. I got the connectivity.
