Ive changed my house location and requested for transfer of connection and they promised to change in 48 hrs but days have passed but not yet connected and moreover the customer care is like keeping buds in their ears. When Beam tele local technical people are called their language is so harsh or they never take the call and by that we do not call them next time.
Beam Telecom is only focussing on new connections and not on transfers since this will be pain for them. And Customer care is so unprofessional that never even worry about customer problems.
Local technicians are so lazy to check when there is an issue and tickets will be closed by themselves.
