Shifting connection to new place

I have raised a ticket regarding shifting my connection to new place.They dont even bother about my complaint. I have called nearly 10 times to their customer care and requested to shift my connection. its been almost 3 weeks, I again and again requesting them to shift my connection. Now its my every day routine that I called to to their customer care in the morning and evening and ask about the status of my complaint;This type of poor service I haven’t seen. Now I decided to change to another provider.
