I am experiencing Slowness, frequent disconnections(10-15 times a day) and worst customer service after Act has taken over Beam network.
Now I am determined to disconnect this ASAP but unfortunately paid for an year. Customer service sucks, they want to know your biography and never store your details.
With Registered mobile number, always advertise for first 10 minutes at your cost of phone bill, always we have to provide preffered language etc., details and need to wait minimum of 10 minutes irrespective of time you call.
After all this, they close the ticket without intimation or resolution. The modem is locked and operated by them and even you cant have user id and password of our modem. Beam used to be good, but that is history dont ever go for Act else you regret.
