I have been customer with beam for almost 2yrs....paying 1100 rs every month.
On 1st May 2014 I request for address change which was from a block to block of the same apartment and today is 5th and there is no response and no service.
I have called them numerous times, wasted my weekend as they promise 24 hour waiting at home. Their supervisor doesn’t want to take calls, never call back which they promise, they don’t want to provide their boss’s number!
Finally after these torturous 5 days I placed the request for disconnection. But another surprise they will only disconnect at the end of month so now. I don’t have service as they are not transferring it and they will charge me at the end of the month. I failed to understand for what will keep u posted, as things goes..I am suppose to get a call from them 24 hours lets see.
