Poor service

I placed a request for shifting of connection, when I opened the request the customer support team mention the resolution time is 5 to 7 days. its been 15 days till there is no update from beam support, and each time I called them, support team saying ’ your issue will be fixed ASAP’. I really frustrated with their support and there is no proper communication between support team and technical teams. I’m not sure when this issue will be fixed. :(
