I see a lot of negative reviews about beam cable. I’ve been a customer of beam cable since 4 years and I am really really really satisfied rather very happy with it (Though the service is only best for the people staying in Rain Tree Park in Hyderabad)
Before I moved to Rain Tree Park I used airtel and hathway.. ohh what a terrible experience with both of them. Finally since I have Shifted to RTP, I have been a beam customer and since then I never had any major issues or complaints.
Here’s is my personal feedback
Pros:
- I am enrolled for BMAX 1500 4mbps unlimited and I do get 3.89mbps download and 3.59mbps upload.
The speeds are pretty much constant.
It hardly disconnects once or twice a month but only when there is a fiber cut and that too for just a couple of hours.
The people at the call center are well trained
Prompt sms and emails regarding your bills and receipts and other offers on your registered email and phone
Cons:
Very lousy and stupid field guys, they have no knowledge to what they are doing and at times they wont even be able to understand the problem.(befriend someone from office in case you want immediate service)
Though the speeds they provide are unmatched to any other players in the market, yet the only disconnections they have is usually on sundays.
They are expanding big time and the reason is that there are certain qualities which are good in Beam Cable, like promise of speed, less disconnections etc. They do need to improve their field staff
Other than this I think beam is the best.
