I have been using beam Fiber since 2012 and have been very happy with the service so far but since the last 1 week Beam has managed to completely change my opinion.
Since October 8th 2014 I do not have internet connection. The cable outside got cut somehow and I have been repeatedly telling them the same and they keep closing the ticket without fixing it. Their lazy and dishonest field techs never called me nor replaced the cable but keep sending an update that the problem is fixed.
Ticket 14274375, 14296744. Every time I call they keep repeating that they are sorry and that they are looking into it, they will escalate it. lies after lies all false promises and nothing gets done. Their management never take ownership you can never reach a person in a significant position.
They keep saying about back end team but there is not back end team and the higher management at ACT(Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt Ltd) the parent company of Beam are a bunch of oblivious, incompetent idiots. when you call them for escalation they say they are transferring you call but it gets disconnected.
I would say if you are using Beam and like it they good for you but the day you face a major problem with their service just switch ISP immediately and save your time and worries.I am sending them a legal notice in a day or two.
