I have been using Beam Fiber from past 2 months and I would like to appreciate Act fibernet which is a parent company now for being providing an excellent service with reasonable rates.
The Reason today I made my self to write review about ACT FIBERNET is because it saved my Job I had a video call conference day before yesterday with my client and suddenly it went off a sudden.
I have called up customer care and said that I need a technician they said that it will take 24hrs to resolve as per their SOP but as I am in very urgency of internet I have visited to their Branch office where I have spoken with the Manager and informed them that my job will be screwed if I don’t attend the Video call conference with my client then they have actioned very quickly and sent a technician immediately to resolve it. I felt so happy and good when they responded quickly which saved my job am really thankful to ACT.
