Worst ISP I had ever used, plsss do not take it. I am experiencing Slowness, frequent disconnections(10-15 times a day) and worst customer service after Act has taken over Beam network. Now I am determined to disconnect this ASAP but unfortunately paid for an year.
There plans are just waste never take them pls. And when you call them for support, they never pick your calls its just irritating when they do not pick my call. Big mistake I had done while using this ISP. Pls pls do not take this internet ever.
