Worst experience with Act and their Billing proces

I’ve been using beam from last 5 years, But I had started facing problem with network and payment issues when beam acquired by Act. The promise made by beam in deducting 150 in monthly bill for power box maintenance was not maintained by act they started charging more payment by making less powder discount deduction as 50.


The network issues was disgusting and the way customer care respond worst in some cases after lodging complaint instead of they follow up I always followup to ensure teh work done after putting so much efforts
