If you have read the negative reviews and got an bad opinion about beam . Re-think again. Cos it just got better.
I am a Loyal customer of Beam Fibre from 3 Years. When I took the service in the starting, They just made me cry after dealing with these very badly my connection is been good Since then and there are hardly No downtimes and they’ve improved a lot. I get angry on these people on give bad reviews, I think she should EDIT the review if there experience is Good.
The Good thing about Beam is that their tariff and the technology. The plans are prettymuch awesome and the fup limits are good. Comparing to any other isp these plans and technology is Great.
The bad thing about them is their service which is just above Average, Which is quite acceptable.
and the owner should re-think about laying fiber underground to avoid fiber cuts.
The Quality of the connection is just good and improved routes to USA servers. The speeds are pretty much good. Beam telecom is a Slapper to all other isp.
I am expecting more from them like 100mbit/s Speeds at affordable rates just like hayai broadband Ideas.
I personally Recommend the connection for your daily needs.
