I have been using Beam Cable for more than 6 months. The installation was pretty quick as they were few other beam users in our building. Speed is super fast. I am loving the 10 mbps. It’s kind of a dream come true guys.
However none of us are perfect. There is only one issue is that the Customer Care Executives are not that good. Each time you call to know the status of your ticket the old ticket gets closed and new tickets gets opened. This has happened to me while have logged in complaints for Loss of Internet Connection.
I have used Reliance, Tikona and Beam now. Beam is the best of all in Hyderabad.
