From the last 5 months, I am using beam service. I am from Attapur. Whenever a problem occurs,
it takes 5-15 days to solve it. You need to call the costumer care every day and their response will be we solve your problem with in 24/48 days. The next day you are going to get a message that your complaint was closed(with out solving it).
You need to call again and again but they won’t take any action. After 5-10 days, they start responding to your complaint and again it takes again 3-4 days to complete it.
