Worst support

You can get new connection very easily than making an existing connection work fine if it got disabled .


Worst Support! More than 7 days have passed and till now no good response from  beam team.


Whenever I called them , they just open a ticket and close it with in 24 hrs with out solving the issue. If u call them again a new ticket with 24 hrs min time will be opened and this story continues.
