It is the Customers service or BPO Company which Is now Changed to AGEIS, I Visited this Company for interview and the selection process is really very hard with 3 rounds and I selected for the Idea Voice Processing but the salary is very less only 7300 Take Home with Extra Benefits and I Agreed for the terms and Conditions and they provide 1 Month of Training in which we have To Work For Free without Any Transportation and other relevance’s . I Completed 1 Month Training and I started to work and in starting they have said no Targets and when it completed 15 days they started there sadism in which they force to accept the calls and should complete 100 calls and then we should be leaving the office, they don’t even give the break and no holidays for Fresher’s until three months. I worked For one month and left the office. Its very strange really, they torture like hell in the office to work.
