This is a really great place to chill out on a weekend. Dont expect to spot animals as the resort is on the border of a village, like all the resorts in masinagudi, but if u r in luck you might get to see some also.i was not lucky enough. It is loacated in a nice place at the foot of a hill and has a large area with ample of accomodation.if u r not planning to go on a long weekend ie. The place has been laid out well and the trees on the property are used wisely, thankfully it has not been manicured so it gives a nice rustic feel, and lets you be with the nature(or wildlife, if you want to count the deer which can be spotted on the property).Laid back/ chilled out neat place.and the toilets are very clean. Food layout is sumptuous and also appeases the north indian taste bud. Cottages are designed intelligently enough to give you sufficient privacy. Only problem is they dont have room service.so having tea while u want to chill out on the hammock involves a trip to their kitchen.100mtrs away. And try to avoid the night safari.not worth it, as jeeps are not allowed in the forest and they only drive on the tarmac roads, you can do the same in ur own car!
You can also visit ooty and get great views on the route, it is a different route and is on the steeper side, nice trip!
And must mention. I forgot my mobile at the resort and realised abt it only after 2-3 hrs.so I decided to purchased a new one as time did not permit me to go back.the Manager Mr David took the trouble of returning it to me in bangalore after a few days.impressed!
There is always a room for improvement and everbody has bad days.but the place is not bad at all.WORTH THE MONEY.
