The consultant/agent Mr Chirag who approached us was very aggressive, non cooperative and refused to accept our concerns. If the starting approach is so frustrating is like this we would have suffered if we would have got the work done from Asian Paint Home solution.
He was only ready to mention in general his point of view on the site check-up document in a dictating manner on which he wanted us to sign without addressing our concerns nor mentioning them on the document anywhere as if the customer’s concerns are insignificant and baseless.
Asian Paint’s marketing people fail to understand if they have 50 customers we have Nerolac, Berger, Dulux, Shalimar...who have same color shades and same technique and 100% more consumer friendly approach.
The above Rating is for their marketing approach and not for the product as we have not yet used Asian Paint products.
