I placed the order on 9/4/2014 to paint couple of walls and ceiling of my house. No one turned up till last day of the month.When I called up the guy Pradeep he said as prices have gone up I have to pay more! now I have already paid the advance, the order was booked why I should pay more price! This went on for couple of days.
Finally they said nothing can be done but they can offer 4% discount to compensate for the price rise, I agreed as it was making a difference of 300-400 rupees. No one turned up for nest 3-4 weeks!
Finally they came in the end of month. They dont remove the old paint! on my old luster they applied Aspira! looks like chuna mara hua! couple of walls were treated with the primer and putty and left like that because I complained that this does not look good work Their technical head came to see. He also agreed that this is not good. Said will apply one more coat.No one turns for next 3-4 days.I keep following with the company guy why painters are not coming.He tells me he does not know!
Finally today the painters came and they told me that they were asked not to go! I called up the company guy he says the balance payments is not paid, I asked him did you show me the work? all these days you are blaming the painters and today you are asking for the balance payments! without showing me the actual work done?
Be careful of this company! no one is bothered! they take your money will do shabby work! I am totally stuck.god save me from these crooks!
