Ok I will start by saying I stay in Coimbatoreand I was keen on getting things done by Asian paints I got a prompt call from the Asian paints guy(Who called himself an ALL IN ALL) and I called my engineer to the site and we started off with sooo much enthusiasm. But I also said in the beginning to the Sales representatives that we have also taken the catalog from Dulox. Ha first irritation shown on the face of this stupid sales guy. I ignored it. Then as we proceeded this guy shows me the leaf on top of some tree and says we would go for that color (Man he dint have the courtesy to bring a catalog man!) Then I took him to the whole house and then he says the color analyst will come only when the quote a price and we book an order..
WTF! how am I supposed to do it if I have absolutely no idea wat I want!!!!!!! is this not freakishness !!!!! I got a little pissed then n finally asked... are ur customtakeouters crazy to spend money on something they have no idea on wat they have to do!!!!??? and THIS IS THE PART HE LITERALLY STARTED ABUSING ME!!!!! He started saying things like My customtakeouters are important to me.. U have no right to talk abt my customtakeouters like that... and bla bla... My engineer tried to reason with him that unless they understand wat ur offering .. only then will they even take it up with u! But no... he was behaving like a jerk full and full! and he left saying he will call with the color code analyst... But I know it will not happen!!! Now I know the Coimbatore Asian Paints has such a bad sales person how will I trust their painters!!!!and the irony is they have only one Sales person to do the job ..
