It seems Asian paints is not interested in any new business. This is my personal exp which I got interacting with Asian paints staff.
I called customer care no to get the painting quote for my flat. They said sales people will revert back in 48 hours. For week no one called and all of sudden one person calls and says need appointment to explain the products. Ok fine I said come over today.
No communication for another week. Now customer care calls again that sorry to hear that you have not choosing us. Oh hell u guys never returned back with quotation. I think you never gave me any quotation. after taking the feedback CS says ok fine.
Second time same person (Hare Krishna from Pimpri area) says I was in training sorry for delay I will come over. Then passes over my no to another person (Chetan from Kothrud) who calls and takes a appointment third time and never turns up. Ok fine.
The worst of all I called the guy back instead of he listening to me hangs up the phone on me. What the heck? Do your sales person have any ethics and from where this company is hiring such jokers. Very sorry but this became my personal insult.
Overall after interacting with 5 different people from this company and numerous phone calls nothing happened, just waste of time. So please don’t waste time and energy here they are not worth your time and money.
