I wanted to Paint my house after 5 years and looked out for some professional, well deserved brand like Asian paints but landed on Cow Dung and was disappointed and sadden with what they did.
Sales agent came to my place after 3 days of raising the Request - 2 days wasted only on calls giving excuses such as too late to come, raining today, not available in the morning hours.
After the Rates discussion, looking at the house, the sales agent came up with a number 45k and suggested me that this no was approx and can go 2k up or down deviation. I agreed.
Next step realtime measurements were taken and came up with a number of 62K which was 17K more than the earlier suggested 45k. This threw me of my budget also.
After a intense negotiation for 1 hour and reducing the product quality, removing the Safety grills which I have in the balcony from painting list. He agreed to paint it in 48K. That was an favor he was doing or EHASSAN on me. However I agreed and proceeded with the process.
Finally, when I received the quotation the agent Nandram pagare completely removed the 2 terrace areas from the painting list and suggested sir why dont you paint it yourself and was of the opinion that the Terraces or balconies are not part of the House.
Looking at this approch I cancelled the ASIAN PAINTS forever from entering my House.
I would never recommend ASIAN paints ever to anyone. Its a BIG NO NO.
