I got to know about the APHS services through google and the same day I sent an email and the very next day Kranthi from the sales team contacted me, which was very nice, as the response time was amazing. He visited my place and took measurements and gave me a quote which was beyond my budget and I negotiated it and he was fine to offer quotation as per my budget.
It was decided that he would get the complete house painted, balconies and the entrance area, along with grills and doors. He also mentioned about some color consultancy services who charged Rs 1500 for visit and for the services; which he told he would get it done for free. He immediately demanded check for Rs 15000 or Rs 20, 000 so he can book the deal; it sounded way to fast for me issue a check for that amount and I asked him to first give the quotation with all the details which he was little hesitant about. his attitude was more towards closing the deal and achieving his monthly sales targets. When I rejected to give him the check he said he will not be able to provide the discount he gave me; as the offer is for limited period; I asked him to check with his supervisor and call me back it can be extended and I get a proper quotation so the check can be issued. Same day I called Asian paints customer service to check on the payment procedure and the colou consultancy services. I got a call from CCH and he mentioned at if the quote is below 50, 000 only 750/- would be waived off; as my quote was less he told very celarly mentioned only discount of 750 can be given and remaining need to bear by me. I husband called Ashwin the manger to check on the status as its been a day we never heard from Kranthi on the quote if he was offering the services or not; after near about 7-8 follows with Ashwin he sent another person named Yugender along with Kranthi to my place and they finalized the quote at the price I negotiated and I even issued a check for 10, 000 as first installment; work got started and yesterday it was the 3rd day and I get to hear from yugender that the quote never had details about door painting; they even charged me 22/- per square feet for Kitchen; this amount is charged for Royal aspira and they are using enamel paint in kitchen. Firstly the quote charged excess amount, and I was cheated with false promise for free CCH service and now they are denying to get the door painted. yugender even mentioned he would be happy to end the deal; this completely freaked me. Firstly the staff is not proficient in English and not able to communicate; language barrier. I am north indian and can’t understand the local language. Language barrier, fake promises and miscommunicaton entirely spoiled my experience.
I request the authorities concerned to take a look at my case and provide immediate relief.One last thing even the painters after end of day don’t do the cleaning.
I am completely disgusted and tormented by the services and the rustic staff they have.
