In bangalore, I went to Asian paints home solution to repaint my house., First of all even though the name is Asians paints the actual work is not done by Asian paints, this is done by a company called radient ent.. which is a dealer of Asian paints.
In turn Radiant uses some other sub contracters to do the job AND radiant and their contracters are not in sync so it gave me major problems during painting...
They first get more than 100 % money in advance. which is rediculos and after the painting is over they were supposed to return the remaining money which they have not returned even after ~15 days of finishing the painting job. The remaining money did not reach me even after complaning with Asian paints directly.
On the painting work, it is a nightmare... The contracter[ the persons who does the actual painting] works well when ever the Asian paint supervisor is around BUT the moment the supervisor leaves the site the contracters start rushing and skips tasks [ for example not doing POP properly for the cracks or not cleaning the place before painting or not painting the lofts and so on ]...
The Asian pain supervisors are also in turn quite bad, they come when you call them over phone BUT the moment you leave the house they run away and leave the contracters alone. For me they did not turn up one full day stating a reason that they have a party in office!!
From my experiance I will not go again to asian paints again even after 5 years from now..
