The job of the asian paints is only to collect the cheque. Beside that they don’t have any other responsbility or liability. If you arrange a local contractor atleast you are mentally prepared to take all the hassles and at the same time save significant cost. Asian Paints Home Solution is a cheat - they charge you exorbitant rates and also inflates the area measurement. If you ask for the detailed calculation they are always in a hurry.
The site supervisor is supposed to come and supervise the work but that will never happen until and unless you give him a call for atleast ten times. He is no color expert to give you suggestion on the colors which is promised in the sales pitch by the sales pitch.
In fact understanding of your local contractor about colors is much better than his. They will promise you a world class experience but what you get is just a bitter taste in the mouth. They will tell you that all the packing and cleaning will be done in a professional manner which is not the case.
In my case they dumped all the plastic coverings etc outside my flat and despite consistent reminders they will not remove it. If you call up there helpline, they will just give an assurance that their senior will give you call. This call will never come
