When I had visited this place I went in the morning when the spa was scheduled to open still the cleaning and all procedure had not been done so they almost made me wait for an hour after that informed me to get in so that they can have a haircut. The hair dresser looked like he was drunk and he never went ahead and even asked me what kind of haircut I want.
I only had to tell him from my side. After the haircut we went for washing and when the bill came it was given washing and haircut differently when I had seen clearly that both the prices are included. Then they were like sorry the menu has to be changed it was there before. Not a good customer service for sure.
