This is with reference to the timesdeal which I have booked for hair spa in pune Roojssels clinic-dhole pati road.please read my complain below and try to either refund my money or give me a good package without any extra charge.
A week back I have been there for this hair spa.No one measured my hair on first visit(to check if it is 20 inchs or more), and told me to pay the remaining amount(Rs 2000/-) which I paid, thinking that my hair must be 20 inch or less therefore they asked me to go for it without informing or measuring my hair lenght.Its their duty to measure the lenght when a client visit for the first time and give the client all information.But they made me to pay first, which is their trap.They gave me 1st hair spa session.I am a working women staying away from my family and do not carry a measuring tape with me everytime I go to a parlour.And that lady their was telling(on my 2nd visit) me that I should have measured my hair and come.But she also accepted that its their staff fault that they didnt measured my hair.
Later for my 2nd session when I visited she told me to measure my hair and found that lenght was 24 inch(4 inch extra-she asked me to pay 100 rupee extra for each inch per session) .She said I have to pay Rs. 4800/- extra apart from what I paid (Rs 2000/-) and then they will give me 12 sessions of hair spa.I told her fault is not mine, your staff didnt took my measurement at first visit.If they could have told me this I would have withdrawn back and wouldnt have paid Rs 2000/- that time itself. As advised me to either get 4 inch hair cut down and then take this hair spa.I cannot do it as I am getting married this december and my inlaws will not allow that.When I asked her to change this offer and give me a rebonding session, then she said if you go for rebonding then :
1) Pay Rs 1200/- extra which is for the first session of hairspa.
2)Plus pay Rs 800/- (Rs 200 per inch for 4inch extra of ur hair).
3) Plus Rs. 200/- extra as after rebonding 1 inch hair is increased. (this is not mentioned in the coupon criterias;this is extra which that girl is adding from her side which will go in her pocket)
I want a solution for my problem :
1) either refung my Rs. 2000/- which I wasted in such a cheap fraud parlour.
OR
2)Else give me rebounding for no extra money.I have already done rebonding 2-3 times, and my hair already straight.they do not have to put much labour to do it.
OR
3)Give me hair spa 11 session for Rs2000 ONLy which I haev already paid.
