Bechtel India, jacobs engineering, chemtex all are american companies. They pay well, use you and throw you when ur speed of work reduces most presumably after or just before 5 years. They are all the same. You should know well and jump just before they are ably to sack u.
It’s best that people shd go in contract. This is most prevalent in american companies. These people sack your without you noticing it that you are sacked. So go in a contract basis where they will have to keep you just until the contract period expires and then you can yourself leave the job.
