Work Life Balance. No one forces you to work hard. Depends upon you, if you are easy to go and want to work you way through the career no one forces you to work. Or if you want to work, the doors are open for success. Very ethical organization. Great emphasis on safety.
Cons
Some senior employees are hard to deal with. They wont bend easily. Good people are leaving, creating a technical crunch in the organization. No Innovation, follow former standard and procedures.
